Kwasi joined the Highlife Centre as a trustee in 2016. He is a business graduate and has a master's degree in business administration. With 30 years of experience working in the voluntary sector, Kwasi possesses strong analytical and critical skills, knowledge and experience in the sector. Presently a retired individual, Kwasi spends his time assisting, supporting, and encouraging community organisations to work in a structured way. He is currently a trustee and the Vice President of Ghana Union Midlands (GUM), a registered charity based in Birmingham. Kwesi’s experience and strengths lie in strengthening governance structures and ensuring their robustness and compliance. His passion and interest are to ensure that organisations that he is involved in operate legally and are compliant with regulations and process adherence.
