At Youth Vision (YV), we actively encourage and support young people to take an active role in their communities. Our approach focuses on empowering young individuals to realise their potential as community leaders and change-makers.
Through tailored workshops, mentorship, and creative activities, we provide opportunities for skill development and personal growth to inspire the next generation to create positive change.

Jummy participated in a YV Cafe session focused on mental health, where they engaged in discussions about how mental health can impact individuals and explored various coping strategies. The session took place in an informal setting, with the support of a counselor, which encouraged open and meaningful conversations. Reflecting on the experience Jummy shared:
"The main thing is what stigma is and how everyone has mental health issues,
no matter what. I also learned different ways to cope."
