The Highlife Centre offer affordable incubator and accelerator business hubs and spaces for businesses seeking to expand and grow. We currently have five hubs available for rent at competitive rates, including a Hair and Beauty Studio, Catering Kitchen, Music Studio, a Function Room, Hot Desking Space, and Business Registration and Postal Service.

We’ll confirm availability within 24 hours
If confirmed, you’ll receive a payment link.
Once payment is received, your booking is secured.

Spaces
Main Hall
Our spacious 80-seater capacity function room for hire is known for hosting amazing events such as parties, wedding receptions, community clubs, christenings, social gatherings, performing arts activities, etc.

Music Studio
Are you a budding musician or music producer? Access our Music Production and Recording Studio in a safe, comfortable and private space for only £15.00 per hour.
Hot Desking
A meeting and hot-desking space designed to give you that executive decorum. Free WIFI, projector and complimentary coffee when you book a desk.
All this for only £8/hour.
Catering Kitchen
A community catering kitchen for self-employed caterers. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, fryer and other appliances. You need to bring your own cooking equipment.
From £15 per hour.
Hairdressing and Beauty Studio
Are you a self-employed mobile hairdresser or a beauty therapist? Rent a chair daily to meet with your clients in a professional space for only £25 per day.
Business Registered Address and Postal Service
Enhance your business or company image and protect your privacy by using our professional business registration and postal service for as low as £79.99 per year.
