The bi-weekly social and friendship club serves as a safe space to help alleviate the isolation and loneliness experienced by menopausal women, which affects their mental health. The club offer actionable solutions to improve daily life.

The active drumming and dance sessions help participants stay physically fit and healthy through a vibrant, rhythmic experience that incorporates movement. The classes primarily focus on drumming in harmony with dance routines to create an immersive and energetic atmosphere.
