We are inviting 3 young people aged 16–30 years old to join the board of trustees at the Highlife Centre. As a Board Member, you will sit alongside our existing trustees/directors and help shape the decisions that guide our organisation. Your voice, ideas and lived experience will influence how we support communities, young people and local businesses and enterprises across Coventry and the region.

You don’t need previous board experience. We will support you, train you and make sure you feel confident and included. You will be treated as a full board member with equal voice and influence.
